摘  要:由于我国地下盐穴储气库地质条件复杂、地面条件日趋苛刻等因素,导致后续建库的成本越来越高,单方天然气储气费居高不下。从优化集输工艺、气库先达产后达容、储气库通用性设计、余压利用多企联动设计、离心压缩机应用几个方面,对盐穴储气库地面工程设计提出了优化思路,以期实现:降低集输系统投资,提高设备的互备可靠性,缩短建库周期,降低储气库建设成本,提高储气库经济效益。Due to the complex geological conditions and increasingly harsh surface conditions facing China’s underground salt-cavern gas storages,the cost of constructing gas storages keeps growing,and the natural gas storage fee per cubic meter remains high.This paper offers optimization ideas for the surface engineering design of salt-cavern gas storages from the aspects of optimizing the gathering and transportation process,gas storages implementing production realization first and then capacity realization,gas storages carrying out versatility design,designing multi-enterprise linkage through pressure difference utilization,and applying centrifugal compressors.These optimization ideas are proposed to reduce the investment in the gathering and transportation system,improve the mutual standby reliability of equipment,shorten the storage construction cycle,reduce the construction cost of gas storages,and improve the economic benefits of gas storages.
