摘  要:为了更好地对发生问题的大型机组进行判断与分析,以便在工作中更有针对性和方向性地进行设备维护,实现生产效率的提升和设备维护成本的降低。针对新氢往复式压缩机出现的液击现象,通过现场机组的拆解和对工艺条件及其设备仪表使用条件的深刻剖析,发现液位仪表选取不合适,注油器注油后没有及时排液是造成液击和设备损坏的主要原因。制订合理、严谨、规范的管理制度,严格执行操作规程,以及配备掌握技能的人员,可以减少故障对设备带来的损伤,进而保障生产和设备的长周期运行。Accurate judgment and analysis of large units with faults can facilitate equipment maintenance in a more targeted and directional way,which can improve production efficiency and reduce equipment maintenance costs.Considering the liquid strike phenomenon of the new hydrogen reciprocating compressor,an on-site unit is disassembled,and a deep analysis of the process conditions and the operating conditions of the equipment and instruments is performed.It is found that the improper selection of the level instrument and the failure of the oil injector to drain the liquid in time after oil injection are the main reasons for the liquid strike and equipment damage.Therefore,the establishment of a reasonable,rigorous,and standardized management system,strict implementation of operating procedures,and skilled personnel can reduce the damage to the equipment caused by faults,and thus the production and long-period operation of equipment can be ensured.
