摘　　要：系统梳理我国近40年中央一号文件中涉及秸秆利用的相关政策,从政策支持角度明确中央一号文件对秸秆利用方向与路径指导与要求,随着时间发展我国中央一号文件对秸秆利用的综合性要求逐步提升,一号文件的发布为秸秆综合利用相关政策的出台奠定了基础和指明了方向。This paper systematically combs the relevant policies related to straw utilization in China’s No.1Central Document in the past 40 years,and clarifies the direction and path guidance and requirements of straw utilization in the No.1 Central Document from the perspective of policy support.With the development of time,the comprehensive requirements of straw utilization in China’s No.1 Central Document are gradually improved.The release of No.1 Document lays the foundation and points out the direction for the introduction of relevant policies for comprehensive utilization of straw.
