摘　　要：装配化装修是装配式建造方式在装修领域的具体体现,直接带动了我国现场施工的建材升级为工厂制造现场装配的部品部件,我国装修部品部件正走上标准化模块化精益化低碳化,进而应运而生出多种装配化装修技术体系。本文以装配化装修的典型部品石膏基模块化隔墙为例,总结梳理石膏基装饰系列和功能系列材料的研发成果,阐述复合结构隔墙体系设计方法及配套装配施工工艺,形成新产品、新结构体系与装配施工新方法的成套技术体系。Assembly decoration is the concrete embodiment of the prefabricated construction method in the decoration field,which directly drives the upgrading of China’s on-site construction building materials to factory manufactured on-site assembly parts and components. China’s decoration parts and components are moving towards standardization, modularization, lean and low-carbon, and then came into being a variety of assembly decoration technology systems. Taking the gypsum based modular partition wall, a typical part of assembly decoration, as an example, this paper summarizes the research results of gypsum based decoration series and functional series materials, expounds the design method of composite structure partition wall system as well as the supporting assembly construction process, and forms a complete set of technical system of new products,new structure system and assembly construction method.
