摘  要:合成了一种磷杂菲化合物(POH),并将其添加到双酚A二缩水甘油醚型环氧树脂(DGEBA)/4,4’一二氨基二苯砜(DDS)与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)的复合体系中,制备了一系列复合材料POH/PET/DGEBA/DDS。通过极限氧指数(LOI)测试、垂直燃烧(UL-94)测试、热重分析(TGA)和三点弯曲测试了POH/PET/DGEBA/DDS的阻燃性能、热稳定性能和机械性能。实验结果表明:当体系含磷量达1.5wt%时,POH-1.5/PET/DGEBA/DDS在700℃的残炭生成量高达43.9%,LOI值达32.5%,并达UL-94 V-0级,呈现了优异的阻燃效果。An organophosphorus phenanthrene compound(POH)was prepared and added into the complex system of bisphenol A diglycidyl ether type epoxy resin(DGEBA)/4,4’diaminodiphenyl sulfone(DDS)and polyethylene terephthalate(PET).A series of flame retardant modified composites POH/PET/DGEBA/DDS were prepared.The flame retardancy,thermal stability and mechanical properties of POH/PET/DGEBA/DDS were tested by limit oxygen index test(LOI),vertical burning test(UL-94),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)test and three-point bending test.The experimental results showed that POH-1.5/PET/DGEBA/DDS with phosphorus content of 1.5 wt%could keep high char yield of 43.9% at 700℃,obtain a LOI value of 32.5%,and reach UL-94 V-0 grade,which showed excellent flame retardancy.
