摘　　要：建立了洗衣液中荧光增白剂VBL、CBS-X、CXT、SWN及KCB分析方法。采用C_(18)色谱柱分离;以乙腈和10 mmol/L醋酸铵水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.2 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长350 nm,外标法定量。结果表明,5种荧光增白剂在5~200 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系;该方法的回收率为93.6%~99.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.99%~4.55%。该方法具有灵敏、准确、快速、分离效果好的优点,适用于洗衣液中5种荧光增白剂的检测。A high performance liquid chromatographic method for determination of FWN,VBL,CBS-X,CXT,SWN and KCB in laundry detergent was established.Dyes were separated on an C_(18) silica column,using acetonitrile-10 mmol/L ammonium acetate by gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.2 mL/min,a column temperature of 30℃.The detection wavelength were set at 350 nm.Under the optimal conditions,the linear ranges of target compounds ranged from 5 mg/L to 200 mg/L.The spiked recoveries ranged from 93.6% to 99.6%,with RSDs of 1.99%~4.55%.The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and is applicable to the analysis of 5 fluorescent brighteners in laundry detergent.
