摘　　要：建立高效液相法测定咽炎片中(R,S)-告依春含量测定的方法,为咽炎片中(R,S)-告依春质量控制提供可行性依据。采用高效液相色谱法,SHIMADZU C_(18)色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.02%磷酸(7:93);流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:30℃,对咽炎片中(R,S)-告依春含量进行检测分析。结果:(R,S)-告依春在22.84~228.4μg·mL^(-1)浓度范围与峰面积有很好的线性关系(r=0.9993),平均回收率为96.4%,RSD=0.72%。高效液相法测定咽炎片中(R,S)-告依春含量具有操作简便、准确、专属性强、重现性好的优点,可用于咽炎片中(R,S)-告依春的含量测定,具有较好的应用推广价值。A method for the determination of(R,S)-gaoyichun in Yanyan tablets by high performance liquid chromatography was established,to provide a feasible basis for the quality control of(R,S)-gaoyichun in Yanyan tablets.Uing High performance liquid chromatography,SHIMADZU C_(18) column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),mobile phase was methanol-0.02% phosphoric acid(7:93),flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,column temperature was 30℃,the content of(R,S)-Gao Yichun in Yanyan Tablets was detected and analyzed.Results showde that(R,S)-gaoyichun showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the concentration range of 22.84~228.4μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9993),the average recovery was 96.4%,and RSD=0.72%.Determination of(R,S)-gaoyichun in Yanyan Tablets by HPLC had the advantages of simple operation,accuracy,strong specificity and good reproducibility.The method can be used for the content determination of(R,S)-gaoyichun in Yanyan Tablets,and had good application and promotion value.
