摘  要:采用硝酸银电位滴定法测定盐酸羟考酮注射液中总氯量,根据注射液的含量,计算样品溶液中盐酸羟考酮的含氯量作为本底扣除,得注射液中氯化钠的量,本品氯化钠含量在4.50~54.03 mg范围内与硝酸银滴定液消耗体积呈良好的线性关系(r=1.0000,n=6),所得线性回归方程为V=0.1634C+0.0103。方法学考察准确性、重现性及回收率试验均符合要求。本方法滴定终点灵敏,能用于准确地测定盐酸羟考酮注射液中氯化钠含量。The silver nitrate potentiometric titration method was used to determine the total chlorine content in oxycodone hydrochloride injection.According to the content of injection,the chlorine content of oxycodone hydrochloride in sample solution was calculated as background deduction,and the sodium chloride content in injection was obtained.There was a good linear relationship between the content of sodium chloride and the consumption volume of silver nitrate titration solution in the range of 4.50~54.03 mg(r=1.0000,n=6),and the linear regression equation was V=0.1634 C+0.0103.The accuracy,reproducibility and recovery rate of the methodological investigation all met the requirements.The method is sensitive and can be used for the accurate determination of sodium chloride in oxycodone hydrochloride injection.
