摘 要:氨氮是水质样品的常规指标及关键指标,论文以纳氏试剂分光光度法测定氨氮,讨论了氨氮校准曲线的线性范围、稳定显色的时间、酒石酸钾钠的有效期对氨氮测定结果的影响。结果表明:氨氮校准曲线含量在0~6 mg/L范围内,显色后2 h内吸光度值稳定,线性符合质量控制要求;实际样品因基体的不同,显色10 min后进行比色;酒石酸钾钠溶液可稳定保存30天。在一定程度上提高了工作效率和降低了试验成本。Ammonia nitrogen is the routine index and key index of water samples.Ammonia nitrogen was determined by Nessler’s reagent spectrophotometry.The linear range of ammonia nitrogen calibration curve,the time of stable color development and the validity period of potassium sodium tartrate were discussed.The results showed that the calibration curve of ammonia nitrogen was in the range of 0~6 mg/L,the absorbance value was stable within 2 h after color development,and the linearity met the requirements of quality control.The actual samples were colorimetric after 10 min due to different substrates.The potassium sodium tartrate solution can be kept stable for 30 days.To a certain extent,the work efficiency was improved and the test cost was reduced.
