摘 要:针对油品顺序输送工艺的特点,分析了原油顺序输送产生混油的原因,选取了常用的混油量计算公式,结合实际运行情况,举例计算了正输、单泵接力、双泵接力三种工况下以沙特重质油后行顶前行马西拉油的混油量;并指出了如何对混油界面进行跟踪和切割;此外,选取高粘重质油种多巴原油,计算了沙特重油后行顶前行多巴油的在正输和单泵接力两种工况下混油量计算,验证了粘度较小的油品前行时混油量较小的结论。最后,给出了减少混油量的建议。Based on the characteristics of the batch transportation process of oil products,the reasons for the mixed oil caused by this way were analyzed,and the commonly used formula for calculating the quantity of the mixed oil was introduced.Taking Malisa crude as a forward grade followed by Arabian Heavy as example,the process of the calculation for the quantity of mixed oil caused by batch transportation was illustrated under three different real scenarios.It also pointed out how to track and cut the mixed oil interface.In addition,a high viscosity grade called Doba was also taken to calculate the quantity of mixed oil pushed forward by the same grade,namely Arabian Heavy,under two different conditions,and the results comparison verified the conclusion that the oil mixing amount was smaller when the lower viscosity oil was moving forward.Finally,a few suggestions were given to reduce the amount of mixed oil.
