摘 要:为了提高苏里格南区块小井眼井封固质量,研制了一套适合该区块的纤维防漏水泥浆体系,并设计了一套合理的浆柱结构及固井工艺措施。通过现场实验表明,在SNX平台水泥平均返高由940 m提升至470 m,第一界面固井质量平均合格率为97.5%,第二界面固井质量平均合格率为98.8%。这说明该水泥浆体系及该固井工艺能大幅度提升该区块固井质量,最大程度地满足了该区块全井段封固质量的要求。To enhance the cementing quality of the slim-hole wells in the south Sulige block,a leakage-proof fiber cement slurry system applicable for the block was developed,an da reasonable slurry column structure and cementing technique were designed according to the geological characteristics of the block.The field experiments showed that the average cement return height in SNX platform changed from 940 m to 470 m,and the average cementing qualified rates were 97.5% and 98.8% for the first interface and the second interface,respectively.The results indicated that the proposed cement slurry system and cementing technique can not only significantly improve the cementing quality of the block,but also meet the cementing quality requirements for all well sections in the block.
