摘  要:基于本科生基础实验平台,探索了将“Suzuki偶联反应制备4,4’-二甲基联苯”实验引入到本科生基础化学试验课程中。将绿色化学理念引入到基础试验课程中,促进学生对绿色有机合成方法的理解并让学生系统性的接触科研前沿,提升研究兴趣。基于该基础试验,学生可以利用安全简单的操作接触并了解诺贝尔化学奖反应,开阔学生视野。试验过程中帮助学生掌握有机合成的一般研究方法及实验操作技术,巩固薄板层析、红外光谱仪、核磁共振仪及质谱仪等仪器的基本工作原理及操作使用技能,培养学生的文献检索、合成实验操作以及谱图分析等方面的综合能力,培养具有较好研究能力和创新能力的人才。Based on the undergraduate fundamental experiment platform,the reaction of“Suzuki cross-coupling reaction to prepare 4,4’-Dimethylbiphenyl”was introduced into the undergraduate fundamental Chemistry experiment course.The concept of green Chemistry was introduced into the fundamental experiment course to promote students’understanding of green organic synthesis methods,make students systematically contact with the forefront of scientific research,and further enhance their interest in research.Based on this fundamental experiment,students can contact and understand Nobel Prize reaction based on safe and simple operation,and broaden their horizons of Chemistry.During the experiment,students will be helped to master the general research methods and experimental operation techniques of organic synthesis,and to consolidate the basic working principles and operation skills of thin plate chromatography,infrared spectrometer,nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectrometer.Moreover,this fundamental experiment can cultivate their comprehensive abilities in literature retrieval,synthesis experiment operation and spectrum analysis,and further cultivate talents with good research ability and innovation ability.
