摘  要:《生物化学》课程是农业资源环境专业培养具有创新意识,自觉践行社会主义核心价值观卓越人才的核心课程。西南大学资源与环境专业生物化学课程教学团队构建基于MOOC和校内SPOC的线上-线下混合教学模式,重塑教学内容,引入学科前沿,交叉生物化学理论与农业资源环境专业问题,运用信息技术实现课堂的充分互动;创新课程考核方式,形成性考核和结果性考核相结合,全面评价学习效果,实现了课程思政教育全覆盖,立德树人。Biochemistry is the important basic course for the major of Agricultural Resources and Environment to cultivate outstanding talents with innovative consciousness and consciously practice the core socialist values.The teaching team of Biochemistry course from Collage of Resources and Environment of Southwest University constructed an online-offline mixed teaching mode based on MOOC and SPOC courses.The course introduced the cutting-edge of disciplines,and intersectd the biochemical theory with the professional problems of Agricultural Resources and Environme it.Teachers flexibly used information technology to realize full interaction in the classroom,the curriculum innovated the assessment and evaluation methods,adopted the combination of formative assessment and result assessment,strictly managed and comprehensively evaluated the learning effect.The course formed a full coverage of ideological and political education,running through all chapters of Biochemistry teaching,so as to achieve morality and cultivate people.
