摘  要:高水平的实验队伍建设是提高实验教学质量和建设高水平实验室的有效途径。要提高实验教学质量,充分开发利用好实验室资源,关键是要建设一支思想素质好,业务水平高,结构合理,能对实验室进行科学管理的高水平实验队伍。从实验教学队伍的职能、实验人员培训、人员配置调整、专业教师与实验人员矛盾等现状分析入手,就如何加强大学实验队伍建设提出了明确岗位职责、多元化管理,增加人数,提高效率、增加实验技术人员的培训、转变传统观念,提高实验队伍待遇等对策。The construction of a high-level experimental team is an effective way to improve the quality of experimental teaching and build a high-level laboratory.To improve the quality of experimental teaching and make full use of laboratory resources,the key is to build a high-level experimental team with good ideological quality,high professional level,reasonable structure,and scientific management of the laboratory.Starting from the analysis of the current situation of the functions of the experimental teaching team,the training of experimental personnel,the adjustment of the staffing,the contradiction between professional teachers and the experimental personnel,how to clear job responsibilities,diversified management,increase the number,improve efficiency,and increase the construction of the university experimental team countermeasures such as training of experimental technicians,changing traditional concepts,and improving the treatment of experimental teams was put forward.
