摘 要:随着城市交通系统不断发展,泥水气平衡盾构隧道在城市交通水下隧道建设中具有重要的地位,因此有必要展开对泥水盾构隧道的研究。首先介绍了泥水盾构的施工现状与挑战,然后以多年的泥水盾构隧道项目经验为基础,总结了目前泥水盾构隧道施工过程中遇到的一系列重难点问题,并以项目中对这些重难点问题解决的对应施工方案进行了介绍和分析,希望给相关工程人员和科研人员提供参考。并得出了对泥水盾构发展的一些思考与展望:泥水盾构在后续的发展中需要结合智能监测加强岩层-机器智能感知;深入探究渣土带来的绿色施工问题;同时应借助大数据互联网提升数字智能建造。With the continuous development of urban traffic system, mud-water-air balance shield tunnel plays an important role in the construction of urban traffic underwater tunnel,so it is necessary to carry out the research on mud-water-air balance shield tunnel. First introduces the slurry shield construction present situation and challenges,and then by the author based on years of experience in slurry shield tunnel project,summarizes the current spate of shield tunnel construction process encountered in a series of difficult point problem,and to project the corresponding construction scheme for the heavy difficult problem to solve is introduced and analyzed,hope to provide reference to the related engineers and researchers. Some thoughts and prospects for the development of mud-water shield are given. In the subsequent development of mud-water shield,intelligent monitoring should be combined to strengthen the intelligent perception of rock layer and machine.Deeply explore the problems of green construction caused by muck soil;At the same time,should use big data Internet to enhance digital intelligent construction.
