摘　　要：目的 调查某体育馆候演厅内人员出现不良反应的原因,果断采取应对措施,保证演出顺利进行,警示并杜绝类似事件的发生。方法 采用流行病学调查方法对候演厅的设备设施和不良反应人员进行调查。依据《公共场所卫生标准检验方法第1部分:物理因素》(GB/T 18204. 1-2013)、《公共场所卫生检验方法第2部分:化学污染物》(GB/T18204. 2-2014)对候演厅内空气质量进行检测。依据《室内空气质量标准》(GB/T 18883-2002)进行评价。结果 候演厅内人员出现的不良反应主要为发烧、流鼻血、皮肤红疹、眼部刺激征、上呼吸道刺激征等,不良反应的发生率为64. 8%(175/270),经过及时救治均痊愈,无重症及死亡人员。空气质量检测发现新风量、二氧化碳及总挥发性有机物均不合格。结论 该起不良反应事件为一起以不良建筑综合征为急性表现的健康危害事件。Objective To investigate the cause of many people with adverse reactions occurred in the waiting hall of a gymnasium,and take decisive measures to ensure the smooth progress of the performance,so as to prevent the occurrence of similar incidents in the future.Methods The authors investigated the waiting hall facilities and adverse reaction personnel by means of epidemiology survey.The tests of waiting hall air quality were based on the Examination Methods for Public Places-Part 1:Physical Parameters(GB/T 18204.1-2013),and the Examination Methods for Public Places-Part 2;Chemical Pollutants(GB/T 18204.2-2014).The evaluation was based on the Indoor Air Quality Standard(GB/T 18883-2002).Results The main adverse reactions of the persons in the waiting hall were fever,nosebleeds,skin rash,eye irritation,upper respiratory tract irritation,etc.The prevalence rate of adverse reactions was 64.8%(175/270).After timely treatment,the patients were cured.There were no serious illness and death cases.It is found in air quality testing that the fresh air volume,carbon dioxide and total volatile organic compounds were all unqualified.Conclusion This adverse event was confirmed to be a health hazard incident with sick building syndrome as its acute manifestation.
