摘 要:目的分析湖州市2010年-2021年手足口病病原特征和流行状况,为疫情防控提供参考依据。方法收集湖州市2010年-2021年各区县上送的临床诊断手足口病病例样本检测肠道病毒(enterorinus,EV)、肠道病毒71型(EV 71)、柯萨奇病毒A16型(Corxsackie vius A16,Cox A16)、柯萨奇病毒A6型(Cox A6)以及柯萨奇病毒A10型(Cox A10)核酸。结果4106份标本中肠道病毒核酸阳性2940份,阳性率为71.60%。不同型别阳性率依次为其他EV(27.47%)、Cox A16(18.87%)、Cox A6(12.86%)、EV 71(10.89%)和Cox A10(1.51%)。不同年份.不同季节手足口病病原特征出现动态变化,手足口病的发病高峰为每年的5月-7月,11月-12月又出现一个小高峰。男、女儿童手足口病阳性率分别为72.94%和69.63%,不同性别手足口病阳性率差异有统计学意义(Χ^(2)=5.334,P<0.05)。结论2010年-2021年湖州市手足口病病原存在多样性,病例分布呈现明显的季节性,感染人群主要以5岁以下儿童为主。应加强对手足口病病原特征的监测,有效防控手足口病疫情的发生。Objective To analyze pathogenic characteristics and epidemic status of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD)in Huzhou City from 2010 to 2021,providing reference for epidemic prevention and control.Methods The nucleic acids of enterovirus(EV),enterovirus 71(EV 71),Coxsackie virus A16(Cox A16),and Coxsackie virus A6(Cox A6)and Coxsackie virus A10(Cox A10)were collected from clinical cases of hand-foot-mouth disease sent from districts and counties in Huzhou City from 2010 to 2021.Results Among4106 samples,2940 were positive for enterovirus nucleic acid,and the positive rate was 71.60%.The positive rates of different types were other EV(27.47%),Cox A16(18.87%),Cox A6(12.86%),EV 71(10.89%)and Cox A10(1.51%).The pathogenic characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease showed dynamic changes in different years and seasons.The incidence peak of hand-foot-mouth disease was from May to July,and a small peak appeared from November to December.The positive rates of HFMD in male and female children were 72.94%and 69.63%,respectively,and there was statistical significance on the difference between different genders(Χ^(2)=5.334,P<0.05).Conclusion From 2010 to 2021,the pathogens of HFMD in Huzhou City are diverse,and the distribution of cases shows obvious seasonality.The infected population is mainly children under 5 years old.The monitoring of the pathogen characteristics of HFMD should be strengthened to effectively prevent and control the outbreak of HFMD.
