高校毕业生就业工作实践与思考——以中国政法大学为例

摘　　要：改革开放四十多年来,我国高校毕业生就业制度经历不同的发展阶段,高校毕业生就业工作机制和体系得以不断健全完善,对确保高校毕业生顺利就业、合理配置大学生人才资源,促进社会主义市场经济改革与发展发挥积极作用。本研究以作者所在学校为例,总结回顾高校毕业生就业工作开展实施情况,分析新时期高校毕业生就业工作面临的机遇和挑战,对进一步做好高校毕业生就业工作提出相应建议。Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China’s employment system for college graduates has experienced different stages of development.The employment mechanism and system of college graduates have been continuously improved,which plays a positive role in ensuring the smooth employment of college graduates,reasonably allocating college students’ talent resources,and promoting the reform and development of socialist market economy.Taking the author’s school as an example,this study summarizes and reviews the implementation of the employment of college graduates,analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the employment of college graduates in the new era,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for further improving the employment of college graduates.
