肺部超声确认单腔气管导管位置的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析肺部超声确认单腔气管导管位置的临床价值。方法抽取福建医科大学附属三明第一医院2020年1月-2021年1月已行气管插管的患者80例,通过床边X线确定气管导管位于气管内60例,气管导管位于主支气管内20例,以此作为金标准,分别使用肺部超声与听诊器听诊判断气管插管位置,听诊器听诊作为对照组,肺部超声作为观察组,对比2组结果,分别计算敏感度、特异度与准确度。结果观察组灵敏度为95.00%,特异度为97.67%,准确度为96.25%,均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肺部超声在气管导管位置判断中具备较高灵敏度、特异度与准确度,可在临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical value of pulmonary ultrasound in identifying the location of single-lumen tracheal tubes. Methods Extracted from January 2020 to January 2021 line has 80 cases patients with tracheal intubation,determined by the endotracheal tube in the bedside X-ray endotracheal 60 cases,the endotracheal tube is located in the main bronchi 20 cases,as a gold standard,respectively using ultrasonic and stethoscope auscultation lungs determine endotracheal intubation,stethoscope auscultation as control group,lung ultrasound as observation group,The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the two groups were calculated by comparing the two groups. Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of Observation group were 95%,97% and 96%,which were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulmonary ultrasound has high sensitivity,specificity and accuracy in judging the position of endotracheal tube,which can be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
