摘　　要：该文选取了能够反映城市轨道交通运营效率效益的四个关键绩效指标,包括客运强度、满载率、列车服务可靠度、司机生产率,对这些关键绩效指标的含义以及国内外水平进行了对标分析,并且给出了指标进一步改进提升的对策建议,可为各城市轨道交通运营单位持续提升运营绩效水平指明方向。From the aspects of operation efficiency and benefit of urban rail transit,four key operation performance indicators are selected,including intensity of passenger transportation,full load rate,train service reliability and driver productivity.This paper explains the meaning of the indicators,analyzes the domestic and foreign standards,puts forward the improvement countermeasures,which can provide references for the improvement of operation performance level of urban rail transit operation enterprises.
