智能化调度系统在抚顺东露天矿的应用

摘　　要：介绍了智能化调度系统在抚顺东露天矿的应用,从采装、运输、供电、排水各生产环节进行了详细说明。应用结果表明:通过采装调度系统实时监控挖掘机生产状态,提高了挖掘机生产效率;通过行车调度系统对列车及生产现场进行智能化管理,优化了行车组织管理;通过供电调度系统和泵站调度系统对供电、排水进行智能化管理,提高了企业的经济效益。The application of intelligent dispatching system in Fushun east open pit mine is introduced.The production links of mining and loading,transportation,power supply and drainage are described in detail.The application results show that the production efficiency of the excavator is improved by monitoring the production status of the excavator in real time through the mining and loading scheduling system;the intelligent management of the train and the production site through the train dispatching system optimizes the train operation organization and management;the intelligent management of power supply and drainage through power supply dispatching system and pump station dispatching system has improved the economic benefits of the enterprise.
