摘　　要：针对哈尔乌素露天矿电缆管理现状,结合作业环境和生产需求,设计并开发了电缆智能管理系统。对比分析2种终端结构设计并分析其优劣性,确定了终端电子硬件设计方案,选取拥有“北斗+GPS”双模定位模块、块伪距差分定位方法、GPRS无线通信的定位方式,开发了具有统计、分析及报警等功能的电缆管理软件系统。现场应用表明:该系统适用于环境复杂、电缆移设频繁的露天矿,可有效提高设备使用时长和效率。In view of the current situation of cable management in Open-Pit Mines,combined with the working environment and production needs,we design and develop cable intelligent management system,compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the two terminal structures,determine the terminal electronic hardware design scheme.The article selects the'Beidou+GPS'dual-mode positioning module,block pseudo-distance differential positioning method,GPRS wireless communication positioning mode,develops a cable management software system with functions of statistics,analysis and alarm.Field application shows that the system is suitable for open-pit mines with complex environment and frequent cable relocation,which effectively improve the equipment use time and efficiency.
