摘 要:随着经济的快速发展,现代矿山开采正朝着智能化、大型化、自动化方向发展,这也对设备检修管理提出了新的挑战,矿山设备检修向数字化、信息化、智能化发展也是大势所趋。为了提高矿山主采设备的检修质量,减轻检修人员的劳动强度,从智能化角度探讨矿山机电检修发展新方向,对国家电投内蒙古公司矿山设备检修企业智能化建设的目标、关键点、难点、发展阶段等问题进行分析,提出通过设备检修智能化管理,提高检修的规范性和科学性,进而提升检修企业的管理水平。With the rapid development of economy,modern mining is developing towards intelligence,large-scale and automation,which also poses new challenges to equipment maintenance management.It is also a general trend for mine equipment maintenance to develop into digitalization,informatization and intelligence.In order to improve the maintenance quality of mine main mining equipment and reduce the labor intensity of maintenance personnel,this paper discusses the new development direction of mine mechanical and electrical maintenance from the perspective of intelligence,analyzes the objectives,key points,difficulties,development stages and other issues of the intelligent construction of mine equipment maintenance enterprises of the State Power Investment Inner Mongolia Company,and proposes to improve the standardization and scientificity of maintenance through intelligent management of equipment maintenance,So as to improve the management level of maintenance enterprises.
