摘  要:满足航空航天、汽车等结构强度要求前提下,通过改变结构和材料实现轻量化,7A52高强度铝合金变厚板保证在不同位置承受大小不同的载荷,达到强度要求且降低重量。激光焊接是连接零部件的主要方式之一,搭建激光焊接系统平台,在定工艺参数下对铝合金变厚板进行激光焊接,检测定功率、定速度焊接时焊缝微观缺陷,分析缺陷形成机理,提出连续变功率、变速度焊接,检测焊缝微观缺陷,结果表明改进方法消除或减少了焊缝微观缺陷。Meet structural strength requirements of the aerospace automotive,Lightweight is achieved and by changing the structure and materials.7A52 high-strength aluminum alloy variable thickness plate can guarantee to bear different loads in different positions,meet the strength requirements and reduce the weight.Laser welding is one of the main methods of connecting parts,laser welding system platform,under fixed technological parameters of laser welding of aluminum alloy thick plate detection rated power,welding speed,the defect in the weld microstructure analysis defects formation mechanism,put forward the continuous change of power,welding speed,detection of weld microstructure defects,the results show that the improved method can eliminate or reduce the micro defects of the welding seam.
