摘 要:用大直径金刚石碗形砂轮对30%的SiCp/Al复合材料进行了大切深缓进给铣磨试验,研究铣磨力解析模型在该试验条件下的有效性。选取切削速度v_(s)、进给速度v_(w)和径向磨削深度a_(p)三个参数作为变量,进行单因素试验,并将理论计算结果与试验测量结果进行了比较分析。结果表明,在大砂轮大切深缓进给铣磨SiCp/Al复合材料的试验条件下,其铣磨力解析模型除切屑形成力、接触区摩擦力和增强相SiC颗粒的断裂破碎力外,还应考虑砂轮底面与工件材料之间的摩擦力。Experiments on milling 30%SiCp/Al composites with large cutting depth and slow feed were carried out with large diameter diamond bowl grinding wheel,and the validity of analytic model of milling force was studied under the experimental conditions.Three parameters of cutting speed v_(s),feed speed v_(w) and radial grinding depth a_(p) were selected as variables to carry out single factor test,and the theoretical calculation results were compared with the experimental measurement results.The results show that under the experimental conditions of milling SiCp/Al composite with large grinding wheel and large cutting depth and slow feed,the analytical model of milling force should consider the friction between grinding wheel bottom and workpiece material besides chip forming force,friction force in contact zone and fracture force of reinforced SiC particles.
