摘 要:刀盘作为TBM施工过程中实现破岩功能的关键部件,极端环境极易引起刀盘的剧烈振动,且刀盘的长期剧烈振动会导致结构开裂、失效等问题。因此,以TBM刀盘为研究对象,通过有限元与动力学仿真,确定正常掘进工况下的刀盘振动限值。首先,基于滚刀破岩动态载荷模拟仿真及CSM模型得到不同围岩类别下的滚刀载荷谱,使之作为刀盘外激励;其次,利用Ansys对刀盘进行瞬态动力学仿真,得到刀盘的最大等效应力,再以许用应力进行衡量;最后,利用Adams对TBM主机多自由度动力学模型进行动力学仿真,得到不同岩石类别正常掘进工况下的刀盘振动加速度,从而得到刀盘的振动限值。As a key component of rock breaking in TBM construction process,the cutter head is prone to severe vibration in extreme environment,and long-term severe vibration of the cutter head will lead to structural cracking and failure.Therefore,taking TBM cutter head as the research object,the limit value of cutter head vibration under normal driving conditions was determined through finite element and dynamic simulation.Firstly,the hob load spectrum under different types of surrounding rock was obtained based on the dynamic load simulation and CSM model,which was used as the external excitation of cutter disc.Secondly,Ansys was used to simulate the transient dynamics of the cutter head,and the maximum equivalent stress of the cutter head was obtained,and then the allowable stress was measured.Finally,Adams was used to simulate the multi-degree-of-freedom dynamic model of TBM host,and the vibration acceleration of the cutter head under normal driving conditions of different rock types was obtained,so as to obtain the vibration limit of the cutter head.
