关于工程拆迁林木资产调查的新思路

摘　　要：该文以某厂区扩建征地拆迁为例,提出了一种拆迁林木分类调查的新思路。根据占用地类及林木经营状况将征收地块林木资产划分为三大类,分类补偿。减少了征地补偿财政支出,避免了套取高额补偿的投机行为,促进了林木资源资产评估行业和林业的健康发展,以期为以后的林木拆迁工作提供一种行之有效的方法。This paper takes the expansion and demolition of a factory area as an example,and puts forward a new idea for the classification and investigation of demolition and relocation of forests.According to the occupation of land and forest management status,the forest assets of the expropriated plots are divided into three categories and classified compensation.It has reduced the financial expenditure of land requisition compensation,avoided the speculation of arbitrage of high compensation,and promoted the healthy development of the forest resource asset evaluation industry and forestry,in order to provide an effective method for future forest demolition work.
