摘　　要：该文主要介绍一种适用于飞机附件机匣试验器的定排量液压泵效率标定系统,重点阐述该系统的结构组成、控制原理以及实现方法。该系统能够根据设定的参数自动完成液压泵效率标定,并拟合出效率曲线。通过实践证明,该系统不仅可以随时标定定排量液压泵的效率,还可以随时根据不同温度对定排量液压泵的效率进行修正,同时满足不同试验器对液压泵效率标定的需求。This paper mainly introduces a constant displacement hydraulic pump efficiency calibration system for aircraft accessory gearbox tester,and focuses on the structure,control principle and implementation method of the system.The system can automatically calibrate the efficiency of the hydraulic pump according to the set parameters and fit the efficiency curve.The practice shows that the system can not only calibrate the efficiency of the constant displacement hydraulic pump at any time,but also correct the efficiency of the constant displacement hydraulic pump at any time according to different temperatures,and meet the needs of different testers for the efficiency calibration of the hydraulic pump.
