摘　　要：在社会生活中,各个方面都会涉及档案和档案工作,档案法规的效力也由此延伸到社会各个领域;同时,随着专业领域的法律规范的健全,这些领域的法规也有很多涉及该专业的档案和档案工作。所以,档案法规在贯彻实施的过程中,不可避免地与其他法律规范发生关系。正确把握档案法规与相关法律的关系,对于建立健全档案法律体系具有积极的指导意义。根据不同标准,我国法律可分为多种类型。该文按照法律涉及的专业领域,就涉及档案法规的部分相关法律作简单介绍。In the social life,archives and archival work are involved in all aspects,and the effectiveness of archival laws and regulations extends to all fields of society;At the same time,with the improvement of the legal norms in the professional fields,there are also many laws and regulations in these fields involving the archives and archival work of the profession.Therefore,in the process of implementing archives laws and regulations,it is inevitable to have a relationship with other legal norms.Correctly grasping the relationship between archives laws and relevant laws has a positive guiding significance for establishing and perfecting the archives legal system.
