摘  要:重整生成油加氢工艺流程简单灵活,占地面积小,可镶嵌在现有装置工艺流程中,具有投资少、运行费用低、产品质量优良、过程清洁环保的优点,可广泛应用于石油及化工领域。文中主要从工艺、设备、技术、实用性等方面探讨了当前国内装置采用的脱烯烃方法,以及新建重整装置采用FITS加氢工艺的技术应用情况。经过技术改造实践,该技术对原料适用性强,可使生成油溴指数由2000~6000 mgBr/100 g降至200 mgBr/100 g以下,苯、甲苯产品溴指数可降至10 mgBr/100 g以下,二甲苯产品溴指数可降至20 mgBr/100 g以下。重整装置生产的苯、甲苯、混苯产品满足质量要求。With the characteristic of simple and flexible,small area covering,reforming oil hydrogenation process has the advantages of less investment,low operating cost,good product quality,clean process and environmental protection,which can be widely used in petroleum and chemical industry.This paper discussed the olefin removal method used in the current domestic units and the application of FITS hydrogenation technology in the new reforming unit from the aspects of process,equipment,technology and practicability.Through technical transformation,this technology has strong applicability to raw materials,and can reduce the bromine index of reforming oil from 2000~6000 mgBr/100 g to less than 200mgBr/100g,and the bromine index of benzene and toluene products to less than 10mgBr/100g as well as the bromine index of xylene products to less than 20mgBr/100g.The benzene,toluene and mixed benzene products produced by reforming unit met the quality requirements.
