摘　　要：针对大斜度井、水平注水井难测调,仪器在海上长期高温高压工作问题,研究了小尺寸高温电缆测调系统。高温电缆测调工作筒整个仪器采用机电一体化结构设计,集成数据测试与流量调节为一体,通过地面控制器和远程终端对每个注水层的注入流量、注入压力、温度进行实时监测与控制,具备流量自动测调,自动在线验封等功能,可大幅提高测调效率,提高采收率。In view of the difficulties in measuring and adjusting large deviated wells and horizontal injection wells,and the long-term high temperature and high pressure working of the instrument offshore,a small size high temperature cable measuring and adjusting system is studied.High temperature adjustable working barrel the whole cable test instrument adopts mechanical and electrical integration structure design,integrated data test and flow control,through the ground controller and remote terminal for each layer water injection rate,injection pressure,temperature real-time monitoring and control,an automatic measurement flow,automatic on-line inspection seal,and other functions,can greatly improve the test efficiency,improve recovery factor.
