摘  要:简要介绍聚乙烯装置的工艺情况,通过详细描述乙烯调节阀故障情况,根据故障现象进行了几种不同的检查,经过阀门解体后发现是由于阀芯跟阀笼之间产生爆聚料,由于阀门动作幅度较小,爆聚料长期堆积,阀芯跟拉拢都造成损伤,最终卡住不动,无法关闭。根据阀门故障情况有针对性地提出了解决方法和优化方案,同时,又提出调节阀一些其他常见的故障及解决方法。调节阀是化工装置的重要仪表设备之一,通过总结经验、教训,制定对应的防范措施或优化方案进行有效的预知性维修,可以有效降低仪表设备使用的故障率,为保障生产装置长周期运行,做好保驾护航的工作。This paper briefly introduces the process of the polyethylene plant.Through a detailed description of the failure of the ethylene control valve,several different inspections were carried out according to the failure phenomena.After the valve was disassembled,it was found that the explosive aggregate was generated between the valve core and the valve cage.Due to the small action range of the valve,the explosive aggregate was accumulated for a long time,causing damage to the valve core,and finally stuck and could not be closed.According to the valve fault situation,the solutions and optimization schemes are put forward.At the same time,some other common faults and solutions of the control valve are put forward.Control valve is one of the important instruments and equipment in chemical plant.By summarizing experiences and lessons,formulating corresponding preventive measures or optimization schemes,and carrying out effective predictive maintenance,the failure rate of instrument and equipment can be effectively reduced,so as to ensure the long-term operation of production plant.
