摘  要:随着数字化技术的发展,核电厂反应堆保护系统(RPS)内部的硬件和软件容易受到共因失效的影响。采用数字化混合平台是RPS应对共因失效的新方法。研究采用动态的Markov分析方法,综合考虑设备故障率和维修旁通两种因素建立系统级模型。在停堆功能拒动事件下,定量分析数字化混合平台RPS停堆功能的可靠性,并与“数字化单一平台RPS”以及“多样化驱动系统——RPS”两种系统的停堆功能可靠性进行对比。结果表明:数字化混合平台通过建立内部多样性的方法,降低共因故障对RPS可靠度的影响,提高了停堆功能的可靠度;多样化驱动系统作为RPS的外部多样性后备,同样既削弱了RPS内部共因故障的影响,又提升了停堆功能的可靠度。With the development of digital technology,the hardware and software inside Reactor Protection Systems(RPS)in nuclear power plants are vulnerable to common-cause failures.Hybrid digital platform is a new method to deal with common cause failure of RPS.In this paper,the dynamic Markov analysis method is adopted to establish a system-level model considering the equipment failure rate and maintenance bypass.Under the event of shutdown function rejection,the reliability of RPS shutdown function of hybrid digital platform is quantitatively analyzed.The reliability of shutdown function is compared with that of single digital platform RPS and“multiple drive systems combined with single platform RPS”combined system.The results show that the hybrid digital platform reduces the influence of common-cause faults on RPS reliability and improves the reliability of shut-down function by establishing internal diversity method.As the external diversity backup of RPS,the diversified drive system not only reduces the influence of internal common cause failure of RPS but also improves the reliability of shutdown function.
