摘 要:田湾核电二期工程为两台百万千瓦级核电机组,核岛采用俄罗斯设计制造的VVER-1000/428型反应堆装置,常规岛采用由国内设计和制造的TC6F-54型半转速汽轮发电机组。原汽轮机停机顺控设计不能满足核岛自动功率控制器(APC)对汽轮发电机停运的限制要求以及汽轮机在降负荷停机过程当中的自身需要,由此带来了堆机协调下汽轮机停机顺控如何实现的问题。本文对VVER-1000型反应堆与TC6F-54型汽轮机在协调停机过程中的相关要求进行了详细的分析,提出了解决方案,并在田湾核电二期工程的控制逻辑中实现以及应用,为后续核电厂提高自动化水平以及解决此类问题提供了详实可靠的参考依据。Tianwan phase Ⅱ, construction of two mega kilowatt nuclear power unit, the NI is VVER-1000/428 reactor which designed by the Russia. The original sequence control of turbine shutdown, which can’t meet APC limit for turbine shutdown and requirement of the load down of turbine, which also brought Reactor Turbine Coordination control problem, in which the problem of how to realize the automatic stop. The purpose of this paper is to the VVER-1000 reactor and turbine coordinated shutdown has carried on the detailed analysis, and puts forward the solution, such technical problems to solve for nuclear power plant, provides a detailed and reliable reference.
