摘 要:目前大部分化工企业仪控专业采用事后维修管理理念,待设备故障后进行检修或更换。但一些重要的设备故障会导致装置波动、停车甚至发生更严重的事故。因此,需要转变管理理念,降低仪控设备故障率。通过介绍仪控专业预防性工作的具体内容,开展预防性维护工作,结合信息化建设进行关键参数在线监测,将设备故障后维修改为预防性维修,提升仪控设备的可靠性及完好性。并通过介绍预防性维护、在线监测及预防性维护工作的企业应用实例,证明预防性工作开展的成效,为企业仪控设备维护提供了方向。At present,most of the instrument control specialties in chemical enterprises adopt the concept of after-the-event maintenance management,and wait for the equipment to be repaired or replaced after the failure.However,some important equip-ment failures can cause device fluctuations,parking and even more serious accidents.Therefore,we need to change management concepts to reduce the failure rate of instrument control equipment.This paper introduces the specific content of preventive work in instrument control specialty,carries out preventive maintenance work,and combines with information construction to carry out on-line monitoring of key parameters,changes the maintenance after equipment failure to preventive maintenance,and improves the reliability and integrity of instrument control equipment.Through introducing the enterprise application examples of preven-tive maintenance,on-line monitoring and preventive maintenance,the results of preventive work are proved,and the direction for maintenance of enterprise instrument control equipment is provided.
