摘　　要：智能制造促进了计量仪器行业生产、管理智能化,并实现了产品智能化。智能化的计量仪器又进一步在制造业生产环节和计量环节使用,扩大了应用领域,共同助推计量仪器行业高质量发展。计量仪器行业在新一轮工业革命中占据了重要地位。本文以压力计量仪器为例,介绍企业智能制造改造以及仪器产品智能化升级的做法。分别介绍了数控加工、疲劳测试、智能检测等环节的智能制造核心装备,以及采用新一代信息技术和人工智能等新技术实现产品升级换代的情况,为我国仪器仪表行业进一步提高智能制造水平提供借鉴。Smart manufacturing promotes the intellectualization of production and management of metrology industry,and real-izes the intellectualization of products;intelligent measuring instruments are further used in manufacturing production and meas-urement,expanding the application field,jointly promote the high-quality development of metrology industry.Making metrology industry occupy an important position in the new round of industrial revolution.Taking the pressure measuring instrument as an example,this article introduces the transformation of enterprise intelligent manufacturing and the intelligent upgrading of pro-duction products.This article introduces the equipment of NC machining,fatigue testing and intelligent detection,as well as the upgrading of products by using new technologies such as new generation information technology and artificial intelligence,so as to provide reference for further improving the level of Intelligent Manufacturing in China’s instrument industry.
