针刺十三鬼穴治疗围绝经期失眠疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺十三鬼穴治疗围绝经期失眠的临床疗效。方法选取2020年10月—2021年7月就诊于黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院针灸科门诊的60例围绝经期失眠患者,按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组30例。观察组予以十三鬼穴针刺治疗,对照组予以常规针刺治疗,2组均每周治疗6次,连续治疗3周。观察比较2组患者治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)总分和睡眠各个维度评分、围绝经期综合征中医症状总评分及治疗后的临床疗效。结果2组治疗后PSQI总分及各维度评分、中医症状总评分均较同组治疗前明显降低(P均<0.05),且观察组各项评分均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组总有效率为93.3%(28/30),明显高于对照组的83.3%(25/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺十三鬼穴补泻疏调有度,共同维系气血阴阳平衡,可明显改善围绝经期失眠患者的睡眠情况和围绝经期症状。Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at thirteen ghost points in the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia.Methods A total of 60 patients with perimenopausal insomnia who visited the acupuncture clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to July 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with acupuncture at thirteen ghost points,and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.Both groups were treated for 6 times per week,and continuously treated for 3 weeks.The total score and score of each dimension of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and the total score of Chinese medicine syndrome of perimenopausal syndrome in the two groups were observed before and after treatment respectively,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was compared.Results After treatment,the total score and score of each dimension of PSQI,and the total score of Chinese medicine syndrome of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(all P<0.05),and the improvement of these scores in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 93.3%(28/30),which was significantly higher than 83.3%(25/30)of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The collocation of thirteen ghost points can play a proper role,making the balance of Qi,blood,Yin and Yang harmonious.After acupuncture at thirteen ghost points,the sleep situation of perimenopausal women can be significantly improved.
