CNO一体化工艺处理轻烃化工污水应用研究

摘  要:以CNO一体化工艺技术对某焦煤制轻烃项目排放的化工综合污水处理进行应用研究。采用CNO一体化工艺中试装置,对某焦煤制轻烃项目排放的化工综合污水进行连续3个月的中试试验,装置设计出水按GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》石油化工工业二类一级A标准执行。运行结果表明,出水水质指标稳定在COD_(Cr)≤50 mg/L,去除率≥95%;BOD_(5)≤12 mg/L,去除率≥97%;NH_(3)-N≤4 mg/L,去除率≥96%;挥发酚≤0.3 mg/L,去除率≥99%;氰化物≤0.4 mg/L,去除率≥99%,出水水质稳定达到标准。To study the application of CNO integrated process technology in the treatment of chemical integrated wastewater discharged from a coking coal to light hydrocarbon project.The pilot test of CNO integrated process was carried out for three consecutive months on the comprehensive chemical wastewater discharged from the coking coal to light hydrocarbon project.The designed effluent of the plant was carried out according to GB 8978-1996 Comprehensive Sewage Treatment and Discharge Standard-Grade A standard of petrochemical industry class II.The operation results show that the effluent quality index is stable at COD_(Cr)≤50 mg/L,and the removal rate is≥95%;BOD_(5)≤12 mg/L,the removal rate≥97%;NH_(3)-N≤4 mg/L,the removal rate≥96%;volatile phenol≤0.3 mg/L,the removal rate≥99%;cyanide≤0.4 mg/L,the removal rate≥99%,effluent water quality is stable and up to the standard.
