城市排水管网运维项目绩效评价体系构建研究

摘　　要：近年来,我国对城镇污水处理问题愈来愈重视,排水管网运维项目成为城镇污水治理的重要任务。对城市排水管网运行和维护项目绩效评价体系存在的问题进行梳理,在评价维度、评价指标、指标权重等方面进行重新设计,为城市排水管网运维项目构建出“财务维度“”社会与客户满意维度“”项目运维质量维度“”学习与成长能力维度“”作业规范维度”五维绩效评价体系。In recent years,China has paid more and more attention to urban sewage treatment,and the operation and maintenance project of drainage pipe network has become an important task of urban sewage treatment. This paper combs the problems existing in the performance evaluation system of urban drainage network operation and maintenance project,redesigns the evaluation dimensions,evaluation indexes and index weights,and constructs the“financial dimension”,“social and customer satisfaction dimension”,“project operation and main-tenance quality dimension”,“learning and growth dimension”and“operation specification dimension”five-dimensional performance evaluation system.
