摘 要:介绍了城市轨道交通钢轨电位限制装置直流接触器的研发过程,分析故障电流对接触器动、热稳定性的影响,特别对触头间的电动斥力进行了详细计算,并通过对动触头、电磁铁等部件的结构优化设计,克服其对产品造成的诸多不利影响;为了避免临界电流的危害,采用永磁磁吹灭弧技术并通过灭弧室的独特设计,使其能够实现双向电流下的可靠开断,进而满足了直流牵引供电系统对钢轨电位限制装置保障人身及设备安全的要求。The paper introduces the research and development process of DC contactor for rail potential limiting device for urban rail transit,analyzes the influence of fault current on the dynamic and thermal stability of the contactor,especially the detailed calculation of the electric repulsion between the contacts,it is able to overcome many adverse effects on the products through the structural optimization design of moving contacts,electromagnets and other components.In order to avoid the hazard produced by the critical current,permanent magnet arc blowing technology is adopted and the unique design of arc extinguishing chamber enables it to realize reliable disconnection under bidirectional current,thus the requirements for ensuring of personal and equipment safety are able to be realized by the rail potential limiting device of the DC traction power supply system.
