摘　　要：结合PMBOK项目管理知识体系理论及整车开发工作实践经验,总结整车开发管理流程的关键过程、质量阀门管理方法和项目管理核心要素,共同探讨用科学系统的管理方法,在整个项目开发过程中对项目阶段进行全过程跟踪和检查管理,通过学习项目管理知识体系技术和工具,将现代项目管理的思想和方法灵活的应用到整车开发项目中,不断实践,逐步总结和完善整车开发项目管理经验,提高整车开发技术水平,增强企业竞争力。Combined with the theory of PMBOK project management knowledge system and the practical experience of vehicle development,the article summarizes the key process of vehicle development management process,quality valve management method and core elements of project management,and jointly discusses the use of scientific and systematic management methods in the entire project development.In the process,the whole process tracking and inspection management of the project stage is carried out.By learning the project management knowledge system technology and tools,the modern project management ideas and methods are flexibly applied to the vehicle development project.As practice continues,the article summarizes and improves the management experience of vehicle development projects,and improves the technical level of vehicle development,and enhances the competitiveness of enterprises.
