摘　　要：应用型本科学生应当着重培养学生理论应用实际问题,要区别科研类的本科做更深入的理论研究,所以应用型本科院校的专业课要尽快改革,避免理论没研究好,实践不能适应的情况,尤其是交通运输相关的课程,应用型院校更应该培养学生应用能力,从而使学生能够更好的满足社会需求,更快的适应工作岗位。汽车保险与理赔课程是一门交通运输相关的专业课程,需要学生不但掌握汽车相关的理论知识,汽车保险与理赔的理论知识,更让学生能够学有所用,建立在岗位应用能力的培养目标基础上进行教学内容、教学方式、考核方式的课堂改革是非常必要的,以满足当今学有所用,理论应用实际等应用型本科院校培养目标。因此,本文阐述了我校《汽车保险与理赔》基于应用能力培养为目标的课程改革。Application-oriented undergraduate universities should focus on cultivating students’ theoretical application of practical problems,and should distinguish between scientific research undergraduates,which do more in-depth theoretical research.Therefore,professional courses in applied undergraduate colleges should be reformed as soon as possible to avoid failure to study the theory well and practice.In particular,for courses related to transportation,application-oriented colleges should cultivate students’ application ability,so that students can better meet social needs and adapt to jobs more quickly.The automobile insurance and claims course is a professional course related to transportation.It requires students not only to master the theoretical knowledge of automobiles,the theoretical knowledge of automobile insurance and claims,but also enable students to learn and use them,building on the basis of the training goals of job application ability.It is very necessary to carry out classroom reforms in teaching content,teaching methods and assessment methods in order to meet the training objectives of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities such as the usefulness of learning and the application of theory to practice.Therefore,this paper expounds the curriculum reform of our school’s “Auto Insurance and Claims” based on the cultivation of application ability.
