摘　　要：作为人口最多的发展中国家,近年来,我国在经济体制改革的带动下,无论是经济发展,还是民生生活,都取得显著的进步。当前,人民群众的生活水平越来越好,物质条件得到了持续的改善,也因此,汽车市场的需求一直居高不下,再加上,国家倡导绿色生活理念,大力推动新能源汽车产业。汽车行业因此也迎来了全新的发展时机,当前,我国汽车产业十分繁荣,无论是在生产中,还是生活中,对汽车的需求量都越来越大,而汽车行业的进步与发展离不开专业人才的推动,高职院校作为职业型人才的培育与输出基地,专业人才的培养质量与教学水平息息相关,在行业不断进步的新时代背景下,高职院校的汽车专业教学理念与模式也要不断的改革与创新,切实提升汽车技术人才培养质量,以高素质的人才输出促进汽车产业的有序发展。As a developing country with the largest population,in recent years,driven by the reform of the economic system,China has made remarkable progress in both economic development and people’s livelihood.At present,people’s living standards are getting better and better,and material conditions have been continuously improved.Therefore,the demand in the automobile market has remained high.In addition,the state advocates the concept of green life and vigorously promotes the new energy automobile industry.Therefore,the automobile industry has also ushered in a new opportunity for development.At present,China’s automobile industry is very prosperous.Whether it is in production or in life,the demand for automobiles is increasing,and the progress and development of the automobile industry are inseparable from the promotion of professional talents.Higher vocational colleges are the cultivation and output bases of professional talents,and the training quality of professional talents is closely related to the teaching level.The model must also be continuously reformed and innovated,to effectively improve the quality of automotive technical personnel training,and to promote the orderly development of the automotive industry with the output of high-quality talents.
