摘　　要：贵州省汽车企业98%为中小微企业,汽车专业毕业生超过80%在中小微企业就业,通过聚焦汽车前市场、后市场汽车行业人才需求和培养问题,针对校企合作松散产教融合不深,人才培养与企业岗位需求匹配度不高,通过搭建西南首家吉利汽车产业学院,探索校行企协同组织模式变革新路径,以教师、教材、教法为抓手,研制、实施“工学技评”联动实践教学方案,为贵州汽车制造产业由低端向中高端转型升级、贵州汽车维修业向现代汽车服务业转型升级提供高质量人才支撑,为职业学校汽车专业教学改革提供示范。98% of automobile enterprises in Guizhou Province are small,medium and micro enterprises,and more than 80% of graduates majoring in automobile are employed in small,medium and micro enterprises.By focusing on the needs and training of talents in the automotive industry before and after the automobile market,the school-enterprise cooperation is loosely integrated with production and education.It is not deep,and the degree of matching between talent training and enterprise job needs is not high.By building the first Geely Automobile Industry College in Southwest China,the article will explore a new path for the reform of the school-enterprise collaborative organizational model,and take teachers,teaching materials,and teaching methods as the starting point to develop and implement The “Engineering Technology Review” linkage practice teaching program providing high-quality talent support for the transformation and upgrading of Guizhou’s automobile manufacturing industry from low-end to mid-to-high-end,and the transformation and upgrading of Guizhou’s automobile maintenance industry to modern automobile service industry,and provides a demonstration for the teaching reform of automobile majors in vocational schools.
