摘　　要：高职教育的最终目标在于为社会培养更多的应用型人才,因此紧跟社会需求,掌握行业动态,打造专业优势成为了高职教育发展的必然。近年来,新能源汽车成为社会发展的关键词之一,随之新能源汽车运用与维修专业也得以蓬勃发展,就该专业本身而言,综合能力需求较高,因此对专业教师也提出了更高的要求。“双师型”人才培养是全新高职教育体系的重要构成,亦是全新发展目标下的方向指引。本文从双师型人才培养内涵入手,抓住双师型人才培养特征,结合新能源汽车运用与维修专业发展现状针对性地提出教师双师型人才培养模式创新策略,方能保证全方位建立专业优势,在保障执教能力的同时落脚于教学日常,促进教学水平与教学质量的双重提升。The ultimate goal of higher vocational education is to cultivate more applied talents for the society.Therefore,keeping up with social needs,grasping industry trends,and creating professional advantages have become the inevitable development of higher vocational education.In recent years,new energy vehicles have become one of the key words for social development,and the new energy vehicle application and maintenance profession has also flourished.As far as the profession itself is concerned,the demand for comprehensive ability is high,so professional teachers also put forward high demands."Double-qualified" talent training is an important component of the new higher vocational education system,and it is also the direction guide under the new development goals.This paper starts with the connotation of the training of double-qualified talents,grasps the characteristics of the training of double-qualified talents,and puts forward the innovative strategies for the training mode of teachers’ double-qualified talents in combination with the current situation of the application and maintenance of new energy vehicles,so as to ensure the establishment of the profession in an all-round way.While ensuring the teaching ability,it is based on the daily teaching,and promotes the double improvement of teaching level and teaching quality.
