摘　　要：随着整车及零部件设计和制造工艺快速发展,用户对车辆感知要求不断升级,如使用率极高的车门在关闭时,是否轻便、灵活,给人一种沉稳感,关注越来越高。本文通过分析X车型前门关闭力重问题,找出零件精度、装配误差等制造影响因素,剖析根本原因,制定解决措施。其他车企如遇类似问题,可参考本文制定解决方案,以提高问题解决效率,提升产品质量。With the rapid development of the design and manufacturing process of the whole vehicle and its parts,the user’s requirements for the perception of the vehicle are constantly upgraded.For example,when the door with a high usage rate is closed,whether it is light and flexible,it gives people a sense of stability,and it is paid more and more attention to.This paper analyzes the problem of closing force and weight of the front door of the X model,finds out the manufacturing factors such as part accuracy and assembly error,analyzes the root cause,and formulates solutions.If other car companies encounter similar problems,they can refer to this article to formulate solutions to improve the efficiency of problem solving and improve product quality.
