摘  要:随着汽车行业的快速发展,交通事故量也在不断增加,在小偏置碰撞事故中,驾乘人员的死亡率高居不下,且偏置碰撞相关规程被不断的优化完善,逐步引入对后排乘员的状态监控。在对后排假人的状态监控中,传统的拉线式位移测量方式已无法对其前倾量进行测量,对此,本文提出一种新的测量方法:通过建立车辆三维坐标系构建位移解算模型,利用位移传感器和角度传感器进行位移以及角度数据变化量的采集,经过已构建的位移解算模型对采集的数据进行解算,可获得在25%偏置碰撞中,乘员在车辆坐标系X、Y、Z方向的前倾量,为后期小偏置碰撞中乘员前倾量的测量提供理论支持。With the rapid development of the automobile industry,the number of traffic accidents is also increasing,and in small offset collision accidents,the mortality of drivers and passengers remains high.So,the relevant regulations of offset collision are continuously optimized and improved.The state monitoring of rear passengers will be gradually introduced.In the state monitoring of rear dummy,the traditional pull line displacement measurement method cannot measure its forward inclination.Therefore,this paper proposes a new measurement method.By building the displacement solution model by establishing the vehicle three-dimensional coordinate system,the displacement sensor and angle sensor are used to collect the displacement and angle data changes.Through the constructed displacement calculation model to solve the collected data,the forward inclination of the occupant in the X,Y and Z directions of the vehicle coordinate system in the 25%offset collision can be obtained,which provides theoretical support for the measurement of the forward inclination of the occupant in the later small offset collision.
