摘　　要：水钢1^(#)制氧机组是全精馏无氢制氩流程的空分装置,介绍了该制氧机组的工艺流程,主要设备配置,工艺特点等;分析了在调试和运行过程中遇到的问题及处理办法;通过优化操作,达到了节能降耗的目的。No.1 oxygen generator unit in Shuigang is an air separation unit in the process of making argon without hydrogen by full distillation.The process flow,main equipment configuration and technological characteristics of oxygen generator unit are introduced.The problems occurred in the modulation and operation process and the solutions are analyzed.The purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction is achieved.
