摘  要:针对难加工材料镍基高温合金切削力大以及难排屑等问题,在ABAQUS有限元分析软件中建立三维斜角仿真模型,模拟镍基高温合金的切削加工过程。研究斜角切削状态下镍基高温合金材料的去除机理和切屑形成,通过正交试验和单因素试验,分析在不同切削参数下流屑角以及三维切削力的变化情况。采用有限元分析方法对镍基高温合金的三维斜角切削过程进行仿真研究,降低了研究成本,为镍基高温合金高效切削加工提供了理论参考。Aiming at the problems of large cutting force and difficult chip removal of difficult to machine material nickel-based superalloy, a three-dimensional oblique angle simulation model is established in the ABAQUS finite element analysis software to simulate the cutting process of nickel-based superalloy.The removal mechanism and chip formation of nickel-based superalloy in oblique cutting are studied.The change of chip flow angle and three-dimensional cutting force under different cutting parameters are analyzed by orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment.The three-dimensional oblique cutting process of nickel-based superalloy is simulated by finite element analysis method, which reduces the research cost and provides theoretical reference for efficient cutting of nickel-based superalloy.
