摘  要:虽然传统数控齿轮测量系统能准确测量圆柱斜齿轮加工参数,但未考虑齿轮加工制造过程中允许的微小误差,造成参数测量结果与真实结果偏差较大。设计一种考虑制造误差的圆柱斜齿轮加工参数测量系统,在系统硬件设计中,总体规划了各设备结构,并根据系统的适配性详细介绍了光学镜头与三轴运动平台在实际使用中的型号与参数。在软件设计中,图像处理过程引入Hough变换,通过点与线之间的转换,增强变换过程中的包容性,从而弥补了制造误差,并对齿距和齿廓的测量流程进行了优化设计。系统性能测试结果表明,与传统系统相比,该测量系统的总偏差在一定程度上有所减少,验证了系统在圆柱斜齿轮加工参数测量方面的有效性。Although traditional CNC gear measurement systems can accurately measure cylindrical helical gear machining parameters, but the small errors allowed in the manufacturing process of gear machining are not considered, these errors resulting in large deviations between the parameter measurement results and the real results.A cylindrical helical gear machining parameter measurement system which considering manufacturing errors is design.In the system of hardware design, according to the adaptability of the system, the deployment structure of each device is planned in general, the models and parameters of the optical lens and the three-axis motion stage in actual use are introduced in detail.In the system of software design, the Hough transform is introduced in the image processing process to enhance the inclusiveness of the transformation process through the conversion between points and lines, thus compensating for manufacturing errors, and the measurement process of tooth pitch and tooth profile is optimised design.The system performance test results show that the total deviation of the measurement system is reduced to a certain extent compared to the conventional system, the effectiveness of the system in the measurement of cylindrical helical gear machining parameters is verified.
